Yas Banifatemi will moderate a panel discussing “Counsel Ethics, Rules and Regulation” at the 4th International Arbitration Conference organized by Milan Bocconi University on 21 May 2026. The two-day conference will focus on Ethics in International Arbitration.

Co-moderated by Anna Biasiolo, the panel will comprise Joachim Knoll, Maria Irene Perruccio, Michele Potestà and Patricia Shaughnessy.
