Ximena Herrera, a founding partner of Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, co-chaired a session on “Orders, Awards and Enforcement” with Ina Popova and Torsten Lörcher, at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)’s Tylney Hall Symposium (17 – 19 May 2024).

In the long established LCIA tradition, the symposium was based around current issues of key interest in the field of International Commercial Arbitration and ADR, and debated from the floor, under the expert guidance of well-known Co-Chairs.
