On 16 February 2021, together with Professor Emmanuel Gaillard, we launched Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, whose overnight success made it a global and leading institution in the fields of international arbitration and public international law.

Five years on today, 16 February 2026, our Firm boasts five offices, 13 partners and close to 60 lawyers of 33 nationalities, and continues to achieve landmark victories in international disputes.
