The initiative was launched to fill an important gap in the international construction industry: the absence of a reliable, public list of arbitrators with both deep sector knowledge and substantial arbitral experience. Its members are seasoned professionals familiar with FIDIC and other international contracts, with long-standing experience in ICC and other international construction arbitrations, often working across multiple languages and jurisdictions.

Maude’s inclusion reflects her extensive experience in construction disputes and her reputation as evidenced by her longstanding presence in international arbitration’s leading rankings.
